Kerry founded Sharp to move beyond resume-pushing and checkbox recruiting. After years in Tokyo helping U.S. tech companies build teams, he saw the need for a sharper approach in the U.S. market: one focused only on product and go-to-market hires, where every misstep is costly.

Born across three cultures and fluent in four languages, Kerry brings cross-border fluency and local focus to every search. His philosophy is simple: clarity over salesmanship, honesty over games, and the kind of conversations that make hiring decisive.
