Meet Our Founder

Kerry Kudrat

Kerry founded Sharp Search Partners after years of building engineering and product teams for U.S. tech companies in Tokyo. Fluent in four languages and comfortable working across cultures, Kerry saw an opportunity to bring that same precision and cultural fluency to startup recruiting in the U.S. market.

His approach is simple: honest conversations, clear expectations, and focusing only on the hires that actually move the needle for growing companies.
